Arlene Baker is originally from Washington state, but settled in Havelock following retirement from the Marine Corps. She is a graduate of Park University with a BS in Clinical and Abnormal Psychology. She has four wonderful children: Erin, Sam, Liam and Grace.
Her hobbies include fishing, hiking, martial arts, photography, and playing her violin. But her real love is reading, reading, reading! In fact, Arlene read every Newberry Award winning book during her 4th grade year. She has studied for her 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwondo and comes from a town of 250 with a snowmobile "speed limit." Brrrrr.
She studied ballet as an adult, but laughingly tells us she was voted "most likely to knock the mirrors off the walls."
Her partner, George Craft, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He has been married to wife, April, for seventeen years. They have two children, Erin and Spenser.
George is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwondo. When he's not getting his martial arts fix, he loves spending time with his wife and kids.
George is a big practical joker, and loves to help kids. He admits that he once let his daughter paint his toenails......George, I think you're ready for your close up!
